It varies people to people and one need to have proper kundli to understand these. There are various types of kundli Doshas:

1. Mangal Dosha (Manglik Dosha) and its bad effects: This occurs when the planet Mars (Mangal) is placed in certain houses of the birth chart, particularly the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th, or 12th house, and it is believed to cause marital discord, delays in marriage, or other relationship problems.
2. Kaal Sarp Dosha and its bad effects: This dosha occurs when all the planets in a birth chart are placed between Rahu (the north lunar node) and Ketu (the south lunar node) that bring obstacles, struggles, and setbacks in life.

4. Grahan Dosha and its bad effects: When a person is born during solar or lunar eclipses and is believed that bring negative effects on health, relationships, and overall prosperity.
5. Rahu Dosha and Ketu Dosha and its bad effects: Afflictions involving Rahu and Ketu in the birth chart are believed to cause various problems such as sudden losses, misunderstandings, and mental disturbances.
6. Nadi Dosha and its bad effects: When there is a compatibility issue between the nadi (pulse) of the prospective bride and groom, according to ancient Vedic astrology and if not rectified then it is believed that it may cause health problems, infertility, or other challenges in married life.
